Site Content is protected by Australian and international IP laws (e.g., Copyright Act 1968, Trade Marks Act 1995, Designs Act 2003, Patents Act 1990). All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
Subject to these Terms, manaro.com.au grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Site Content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
The Site includes assets licensed to manaro.com.au from third-party licensors (the “Third-Party Assets”). Those assets remain the property of the licensors or rights holders and are used under license by manaro.com.au.
The rights granted to you to view or use the Site Content do not include any license to use the Third-Party Assets beyond what is described in the applicable third-party license terms.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Site Content or Third-Party Assets beyond what is permitted by these Terms or the applicable license terms.
Some Third-Party Assets may require attribution; where required by the license terms, you must comply with those attribution requirements.
Any use of Third-Party Assets beyond the license scope (including for commercial purposes) requires a separate license from the licensor.
Australian copyright law’s fair dealing provisions may apply in certain circumstances (e.g., study, research, criticism or review). If you rely on those exemptions, you must comply with the statutory requirements.
ABN note: manaro.com.au licenses certain assets from third-party licensors, and those licenses govern the terms under which those assets may be used. ABN 71797566952 is listed in the official business details of manaro.com.au.
manaro.com.au licenses stock assets from third parties such as DropShipzone and VidaXL; attribution terms, usage rights, and license scope are described in Schedule A (Licensed Third-Party Assets), which may be hosted as a separate page or PDF.
manaro.com.au’s names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of manaro.com.au or its affiliates or licensors. Do not use them without written permission. Shopify’s trademarks are owned by Shopify. Other trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Schedule A — Licensed Third-Party Assets can be found as a separate disclosure (or attached PDF) detailing DropShipzone and VidaXL terms, attribution requirements, and usage rights.
SECTION 6: Product Information and Availability
We strive to provide accurate product information, but errors can occur. Availability and delivery options depend on third-party stock and can vary by location.
SECTION 7: Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you offer to purchase the products in your order under these Terms.
We may accept or decline your order for any reason at our discretion. The contract is formed when we dispatch the goods to you or when you receive a separate shipment confirmation.
Prices are in AUD and include applicable taxes where required. Taxes, duties, or governmental charges for international shipments (if any) are the purchaser’s responsibility.
We may cancel an order for reasons including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inability to deliver to the address provided.
Return or exchange rights are governed by our Returns Policy.
You warrant that purchases are for personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.
SECTION 8: Shipping and Delivery
We ship within Australia only. No international shipping.

If your shipping address is excluded, your order will be automatically cancelled. You’ll receive a cancellation notice and refunds to the original payment method.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. A valid street address is required.

Title and risk of loss pass to you when the goods are delivered to the carrier.
Relationship with Shopify: manaro.com.au is powered by Shopify. Sales are between you and manaro.com.au; Shopify is not a party to the sale or liable for products or services.
SECTION 9: Relationship with Shopify
manaro.com.au is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with manaro.com.au. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and manaro.com.au, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with manaro.com.au.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO CASE SHALL manaro.com.au, OUR PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS OR LICENSORS, OR THOSE OF SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, REPLACEMENT COSTS, OR ANY SIMILAR DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF ANY OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS PROCURED USING THE SERVICES, OR FOR ANY OTHER CLAIM RELATED IN ANY WAY TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCT, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT, OR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY CONTENT (OR PRODUCT) POSTED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE VIA THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY.

SECTION 17: INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless manaro.com.au, Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities or claims, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, payable to any third party due to or arising out of (1) your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, (2) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or (3) your access to and use of the Services. We will notify you of any indemnifiable claim, provided that a failure to promptly notify will not relieve you of your obligations unless you are materially prejudiced. We may control the defense and settlement of such claim at your expense, including choice of counsel, but will not settle any claim requiring non-monetary obligations from you without your consent (not to be unreasonably withheld). You will cooperate in the defense of indemnified claims, including by providing relevant documents.

SECTION 18: SEVERABILITY
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

SECTION 19: WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to the Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and governs your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us and (including, but not limited to) any prior versions of the Terms of Service. Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.

SECTION 20: GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia.
Any disputes will be resolved in Australian courts, subject to mandatory ACL remedies.
SECTION 21: ASSIGNMENT
You may not delegate, transfer or assign this Agreement or any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent, and any such attempt will be null and void. We may transfer, assign, or delegate these Terms and our rights and obligations without consent or notice to you.

Asset type: Stock images used on the Site.
License: Royalty-free, non-exclusive license for use on Site content and marketing materials; modifications allowed; redistribution restricted.
Attribution: As required by the license terms
Usage: For Site content and marketing materials only; not for resale as standalone assets.
Term: Perpetual while assets are used on the Site; termination terms per DropShipzone license.
Ownership: DropShipzone remains the licensor; Manaro.com.au holds no ownership of the stock images beyond the license.
VidaXL
Asset type: Product images and related visuals provided under license.
License: Non-exclusive license for use on Site and marketing materials; modifications allowed; redistribution restricted.
Attribution: As required by VidaXL’s license terms 
Usage: Site content and marketing materials; not for standalone resale.
Term: Perpetual while assets are used on the Site; termination terms per VidaXL license.
Ownership: VidaXL remains the licensor; Manaro.com.au holds no ownership beyond the license.
General
License terms govern use; these Terms do not grant broader rights than those stated.
If a licensor’s terms conflict with these Terms, the licensor’s terms prevail for the licensed assets.
